What we build
Four core offers, and the fifteen trades behind them — all carried in-house, all on one contract.
One contract, not six
Refurbishments, loft conversions, extensions and new builds are our core services. Everything below them — bricklaying, plastering, plumbing, electrics, roofing, carpentry — is a trade we employ rather than subcontract out and hope for.
That is the whole point of a main contractor. You get one written scope, one programme, one project manager and one invoice, instead of coordinating six trades who each think somebody else is turning up on Tuesday.
