S S Builders London Ltd works across Greater London and nowhere else. Staying inside the capital means our crews are not spending half a day on the road, and it means we actually know the councils — their building control teams, their conservation area boundaries, and how long each one takes to determine an application.

Every borough page below sets out the planning authority, the postcode districts we cover, and the housing stock you are likely to be building on, because a 1930s semi in Hornchurch and a Victorian terrace in Walthamstow are not the same job even when the drawing looks similar.
